Smith Ridge Campground The campground at Smith Ridge is located near Emerald Isle Marina, just south of Campbellsville. The campground does not offer lakeside campsites, but does have plenty of campsites with mature trees to offer day long shade to campers. Smith Ridge campground offers 80 campsites with some being primitive and some with electric and water hookup. There are showers and restroom facilities located in the campground. There’s also a playground for children, and plenty of wide open space for other games.
For those bringing boats, there are two boat ramps located close to Smith Ridge Campground. One is the Smith Ridge ramp, just a short drive from the campground site. The Smith Ridge ramp is run by the Corp of Engineers and provides plenty of parking. The other ramp is located at Emerald Isle Marina. The marina ramp does not have as much parking room as the Smith Ridge ramp, and is also used by those at the marina. There is also a public swimming beach located at Emerald Isle Marina.

Directions:
From Campbellsville, take Hwy 70 East from Hwy 55. After approximately 1 mile, turn on right Hwy. 372 . After approximately 3 miles, turn right on County Park Rd. Signs are posted to direct you to the campground, marina, and boat ramp.
